"Offense to beep your horn" Ottawa Police Jones Arrests Old Man.

Excessive horn honking is an ordinance in a lot of places. It's one of those old laws that people forget about and then pussies like Trudeau use as a loophole to punish people for going against his tyrannical rampage.
 
Kinda like not being allowed to use the engine brake (jake) on trucks. That said, honking a few times would be hard for the prosecutors to prove in court. The driver could easily say he was worries someone might not be paying attention so he honked to alert them of the presence of a car. The driver could counter sure for excessive use of force.

Yep, the ordinances were put in place for situations like the drunk asshole in the driveway at 3:30 AM continuously honking his horn for baby mamma to come out. But spineless politicians find these laws and order them used as loopholes to be revengeful.
