what do you think?

This thing is badass but I need a Hotplate because I am on good terms with my neighbors still. So I have not had a chance to give it the full hi-gain work out...

That's not hi gain .... that is power amp distortion. Both have there place. For me the English crunch sound is home.

Congratulations on getting one of the great amps.

It will be Hi Gain when I run it with my VH4. :D

Also do you know if I can use a stereo effect pedal with two outs to run both heads at once?

you dont need anything with the vh4 bro. it has the line out on the front to run with another amp. if i'm understanding you right.

the jack on the far left. that's how i ran mine and my jvm. line out from that into the other amps input.

I forgot to say you well want to lift the ground on one of the 2 amps.

what does that mean stephen? I'm a real beginner when it comes to this stuff.

If both amps are grounded it can have a ground loop. This can cause hum. Make sure you still have ground on one of the amps. No reason to electrocute yourself. Some amps have a ground lift switch. So you can use this to lift the ground. You can also use one of those gray or orange things you put on the end of the power chord that make a 3 prong end into a 2 prong type. (the other prong is the ground). The thing in the upper left corner of this link .....

thanks for the help stephen , and james in the other thread as well.
"Its a 1959 late 70s with jj el34s and chinese preamp tubes. It is super lead spec w/ 100k feedback on the 4 ohm tap it has a .68 cap for the presence and a .68 for v2 also the caps out of v1 are both .022s. The amp is biased to 25ma and he jumps the channels with a cable. Dave"
what exactly does each part of the mod do?
