Just wanted to hop on the boards and say that I just got back from a shop in Montreal, Quebec, Canada called Tone Boutique (I've had nothing but great experiences there by the way) that stocks Diezel gear a couple of hours ago and I'm still high on the Diezel fumes... I played the VH4 which I really liked, but it didn't blow my socks off like the Herbert did, but then I plugged into the Herbert and I literally had to talk myself down to save at least a little of money before going into huge debt and just bringing the thing home. In the short period I spent messing with the amp, as long as I had the mid cut enabled I was 100% unable to find a tone that I wasn't blown away by. There are definitely some settings where it sounded better with the mid-cut disabled, but seriously, if I could port that mid-cut to every amp I play through for the rest of my life, I'd be a man with no regrets, it sounded spectacular. I am categorically blown away by this amp and don't even have the words to describe just how awe inspiring it was. Papa Diezel, you are created a masterpiece, well maybe a few masterpieces, this guy is sold, I may not yet be a member of the Diezel family, but the goal is set, now I just have to find 2 more jobs to gather funds
