Okay, so what PC interface should I get

I plan on using Reaper and EZDrummer, I'll be micing amps and going direct with a Line 6 POD, and I need to be able to record at most 2 tracks at a time. I would prefer to avoid latency at all costs as my computer will be doing most of the work. I've had some suggestions on the BR800, but I don't know if it'd work with Reaper. I'm up for using a controller interface, soundcard, etc. I'm open to ideas, folks.
 
I just ordered a Steinberg UR22. Not sure if that fits your bill, but $150 for a just released interface with two mic pres, and the big one for me separate headphone, and line outputs, with individual levels
