Ola and I got together at NAMM and recorded a Colossus demo in my hotel room. It was a surreal experience watching him work his magic as I, as I'm sure many of you, have watched his great amp demos over the years.

This is what came of it:

We recorded a play-through as well with me tweaking the knobs and modes. I'll post it up once he has it ready. :)

EDIT -- added Zoom Q3 HD video:

EDIT -- added play-through:

That sounds so thick!! I love it! I wish I had money for a Colossus! :D

I think we oughta challenge you to make an amp sound bad...

Killer sounding clip as usual Ola. I need another amp like I need another mortgage payment right now but that amp sounds incredible!

sounds great, but more importantly killer song, i think i listened to that 4-5 times yesterday

That amp is quickly becoming one of the top amps around for all-over tone, build quality, and flexibility. I just need to trip over a bag of cash to get mine...

Great amp obviously, but I take my hat off to the player. He played the whole thing flawlessly in one take as far as I could hear. I'm into a recording project myself, and I've found that this is not so easy when the recording light is red!

Killer as usual! I love the thickness of that amp tone!

That was actually the 2nd and 3rd take,Since it was double tracked, as the 1st take he forgot to hit record, or the recording stopped.

But yeah, the whole thing took like 15 minutes to get done.
Imagine if more time was spent just even to dial in the amp, and such?

Pretty cool to witness the ease and speed to which this is so easily done, with such good results.

Haha thanks, well actually the first take the project End occurred before the song was over so Logic just stopped the recording... :/
