I use an AXEFXII (no hating!) with a ART Ultrafoot.
Two pieces of gear probably 20 years apart. Both work great!

I use my 2011 JP6 into a Quad preamp. I'm fairly certain the newest that preamp could be is a 1991 model, so a similar 20 year difference.
