One guitar to rule them all

AI Overview

Yes, a Strandberg guitar can absolutely be used for neo-soul. Despite their modern appearance, Strandbergs offer tonal versatility that works well for the genre. Ultimately, your technique, the amplifier, and your effects will have a greater impact on your sound than the guitar model itself.

I'm resonating with this a little bit.

AI Overview

No, Tim Henson is not a neo-soul artist
; he is the guitarist for the progressive metal band Polyphia, which blends metal, jazz, trap, and K-pop, although his playing style has been described as having "neo-soul metal" and "neo-soul guitar" influences or connections. While some of his intricate guitar riffs incorporate elements that resonate with neo-soul guitarists, his primary genre is progressive metal.

While the shape is certainly not my favorite I can attest the JP6 I had was one of the finest built most comfortable to play and cover any tone guitars I ever had.

I prefer the Majesty 6 over the JP6.

My fav/main guitar are my EBMM Kaizen 6, I own a few. Even though the Majesty is more versatile; the Kaizen works great for me...got my first one as soon as they were released (IIRC 2023 or 2024), and I was hooked; still my fav/main guitars

absolutely does not appeal to my sense of aesthetics. And, I own a 2001 Klein headless.

I think it looks rad tbh and this is a surprising statement considering some of the sweet axes you've posted here. Then again you don't own a PRS or JAMES TYLER GUITAR so maybe it's time to throw down some of that sweet retirement moolah.

PRS?
James Tyler?

Already found the guitar that works great for me. No need to waste time or money on lesser guitars.
