I have played the 7 stringer for a week straight. Today, I grabbed my 6 string Strat and I could fucking FLY on it. My right hand felt great with it. I have always had trouble with my right hand since I am lefty and play right handed. I think playing the 7 stringer added 5 years to my playing

I went to a 7-string exclusively for over 3 years. Went back to a 6-string a little over a year ago and my comfort level with playing guitar had increased. I am not a huge fan of 7-strings anymore. Just not for me.

yep, after some time on my 5-string bass, the guitar feels like a toy

That's great man. I was the other way around. When I pick up a 6 string it's as if I'm playing a ukulele.
