Just saw this in my YouTube feed. Downsized and now just one switch. From the demo it looks like a quick tap engages/bypasses and a held tap will let you switch between regular boost and mid-range boost.
Some killer tone in this vid. Definitely interested! (btw, loving my Riot Reloaded!)

I like having both switches but that MidQ knob looks cool.

Loved that pedal (regular) when I used to play high gain
Used it to add a lower-mid growl

Very cool, but I solely use the mid boost so would hate to hold to engage every time. Love the footprint though

I believe I read that it long tap switches between the modes and it remembers the last mode you use when you switch it on and off? I think it was on HRI.

So is it my imagination or did they take my suggestion of making the first boost sweepable so that it could be dialed in regular boost or with a bit more cut and mids? I like a company that listens! If that's what they did the shezam, I'm all over it.

Love that guitar!!!!

Me too. Looking to order a custom standard with red drip sparkle and a roasted birds eye maple neck. Hopefully next month.

Is this pedal the same price as the regular?

Sounds great in that vid...amp does too, or is the amp set for clean (don't think so..)?

I can't tell that much of a difference....

Maybe it's just my ear....Shiba reloaded seems like it would be more my thing.

Wow! now that is one transparent overdrive

The original is a great boost pedal!! Highly recommended and does not color your tone!!

It really helps in the feel, one of my fav pedals

So I am playing the original koko tonight and digging the mid side.. never really bonded with the boost clean side. Always wished the boost side was selectable with a sweep. So does anyone know yet how that sweep knob will work? I read the documentation and it does not seem to explain what that third knob does. I was assuming it swept through the frequency so you could set it as another mid boost but I guess I'm wrong?

do these pedals low cut like ts pedals?
seems to me the boost side does not but the mid boost side does, at least on the original :)

boost side def does not low cut... mid side can if you choose to but it also just gives you a nice mid bump without the anemic cutting of the lows like a TS will.

I'm thinking about getting the original Koko. I have the space on my board. I play Splawn amps and a BFG modded marshall. GNR to AIC.

Can you engage both the clean boost and the mid boost at the same time on the original Koko?

I'm all over the stage when jammin' so the one pedal for both functions kind of puts me off.
