Opinions on Hagstrom Fantomen (and other RD clones)

Im not up to speed on Hagstrom in general.
Opinions on build as well as any specific info on the Fantomen is welcome :)

Secondary convo:
Honestly in a perfect world what i WANT is an RD or clone in SATIN finish and 24.75 scale, slim taper style neck - all at an affordable price LOL. — anywhere else i should be looking brand wise?

I guess i just really love the look of the dang things.

I had the Phantomen custom . I got it from a dealer in Portugal but as badass as it looks it is very awkward to play sitting down and weighs like high 9 lbs. It sounded good but I also remember I paid alot of money for a Chinese guitar and although it was well built .I waited longer to get it than I owned it !! LOL !

I guess my audition with Ghost is going to have to wait.
 
I do have a Viking Deluxe which I really like. Had an Ibanez Artcore AS73 when they came out and the Deluxe outperformed the Ibanez in every department. Pickups, feel, quality etc.
