Orange Tiny Terror...

Has anyone modded one? I have a nice orange PPC 112 cab I snagged for next to nothing in a trade, and it needs something on top. Lol. TT's have gotten cheap too so I am tempted.

But has anyone modded one? Just a project to screw ar with, I am not trying to turn in into some insane godly machine, but am more or less bored and looking for a project.

FX loop would not be a bad thing, but I am open to mod just about anything cost effective (ie not buying new iron, etc).

On second thought maybe I should look at a dark terror too.l,but I have not ever tried one, but it does have an FX loop which is a huge plus.

But also, I have the mod bug... If you all know what I mean.

I've seen them modded with MM transformers. A bit expensive mod but yeah I really like the Tiny/Dual/Dark Terror amps. They are fun little amps.

Yeah. I just haven't seen really any mods out there other than the iron.

I think I may persue a dark terror because it had a loop already.

Try some Russian 6п14п tubes. They are really something: Ken Fischer used them in Trainwrecks and Dr. Z ships NOS ones in the Z-Wreck.

That, and look into a bias resistor mod: 100 ohm with the above tubes is worth a look.

I have an OR15 that has some cool mods. Mercury iron, depth knob and a switch to toggle between the OR15 and the Jim Root circuit.

I didn't do the work so I can't explain the details.
