Ordered a KEMPER!!!!!

I don't think I've ever been this excited about a piece of gear in my life after hearing how EASY this thing is to use, and the sounds that I am hearing all over the net....Absolutely incredible. I feel like when I was going to buy very first tube amp, a 5150 half stack, 12 years ago!!!! :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock:
 
Congrats! Its a game changer for sure. I wouldn't be able to give mine up anymore, in fact, if it breaks I will have to buy another!

My real amp sits sad, turned off, :lol: :LOL:

For real, all my gear is sold except a poweramp and a couple cabs. AS great as it sounds recording, it sounds just as good as a preamp!

Literally everything I own is for sale, except my beloved VHT Ultralead, it will be my "one and only" I guess, because I love it so much. But then, ill profile it and be all like: :doh: :doh: :doh: :doh: :doh: :doh: :doh: :doh: :rock: :rock:

Selling everything, keeping 2 VHT 4x12 deliverance cabs, getting a 4 space rack for my wireless, furman, Matrix power amp, getting a ground control pro, and THATS IT! REALLY want to use the Kemper live, I can't even wait!

i have had my kemper for about a month and still digging it.
 
Awesome! I have thought about it, but I am thinking an Axe-FX might be better for me since I am more of an amp in the room person instead of a recorded amp tone in the FRFR person...
 
Wow, great to hear this thing is making it past the honeymoon phase-seems very promising.

I actually am as well, which is actually the reason I went with the kemper vs the axe :D the tones seem much more real to me, on tape, or through a power amp.

i know man, and I haven't changed it in awhile, but I just feel for where I'm at, the Kemper is a better optino for me to incorporate into my rig, therefore having to sell some things. I will play guitar ALOT more at home, and in my free time than I do now, which is a huge problem right now. pretty hard to play my live rig in my house, as it takes up so much room, as well as my girlfriend being in law school. Having the kemper will allow me to do so much more, become more portable, be able to record music for my drummer to work on and vice versa through our studio etc, it just makes more sense logically....that right there is enough for me to justify buying it, let alone the absolutely INSANE sounds coming out of this little satanic toaster :D I've been around long enough to realize when something is the real do, and my suspicion tells me the kemper IS the REAL deal for sure, and a ground breaking piece of technology.
 
and like I said, my VHT Full stack technically isnt going anywhere, I love the ultralead, and I have no reason to sell it, but having a 5150 as well, instead of a kemper, doesn't make much sense to me :)

Haha, well to be fair, instead of dropping 2 grand on my credit card, I had to sell some things I had previously to fund the purchase!
 
Only kept my Marshall, traded everything else off, the Kemper is just amazing!!!!

You like it THAT much better? You use it through FRFR monitors? Have you tried it through a guitar cab?
 
Only amp I'm remotely interested in is a VHT UL....

Thing sounds stellar through studio monitors AND through my power amp and cab! LOVE IT!!

Damnit! Do I want a Kemper or Axe-FX? :doh:
 
I've had the AxeFX, cool unit for sure, I'd love to have both, but if I had to choose, I'd take the Kemper all day long.... IMHO
 
jugger, when i get some time, i plan to try and make the best profiles possible of my UL and Fatbottom 4x12, as well as Deliverance 4x12 to share :D :D :D :D
 
Awesome, I'm gonna be in Dallas next month at Rottingcorpses place and try to profile his rediculous collection of amps while I'm there ;)
