I was going to say , gone but not forgotten! I love his solo for that on the Tribute album and a few of the live bootlegs. Man he had a knack for writing beautiful solos, aggressive or melodic he killed it. Was listening to the Cleveland show this morning and a few others on youtube. We are lucky we have so many shows to listen to.. apart from a few shows where i feel his timing was off, most of the time, the guy was unbelievable. What energy and tone. He also looked badass on stage which never hurt either. RIP to one of the greats. Who knows what could have been in other bands or iterations but I am glad we have what we have after all these years. I was just setting up my JCM800 for some chorus, DOD OD grind, EQ bump and some crunchy Randy riffs, love playing these tunes after so many years.
