Thanks! Yes, I run them on the backline pointing out like 1x12 cabs. One behind me and the other by my bass players rig on the otherside of the drum riser. I have a set of XiTone’s and a set of Friedman ASC-12’s. I’d post pics of them but I do t know how to post pics on here anymore. LOL! Any pointers on that would be greatly appreciated.

I need to buy or build some speaker cabs for my Axe FX II... I’d love to try the old Rockman cabs that had 1x15, a 10, and a piezo tweeter all in a 4x12 size cab and my Carver poweramp.
You use the 5153 blue channel model ?

I use one at rehearsal that I just keep there for practice. The ASC-12’s sound exactly the same. Great powered speaker cabs.

You use the 5153 blue channel model ?

Yes, along with a TS808 in the drive block and with factory cabs 161 and 162 EVH IR’s one with a 57 and the other a 4047. Those are the biggest part of the sound. By themselves they are ok but together it’s the sound I’m used to hearing with my real EVH halfstack. The guitar sound on the live video is actually a line out from the XiTone FRFR speaker cab. I was a little worried how it would turn out but for what it is I’m happy with it.
