The box compiles the vinyl and CD versions of both albums; a CD called “Ozzy Live” culled from unreleased concert material recorded during the Blizzard tour; a 100-page coffee table book; a wall poster; a full-size replica of Osbourne’s signature gold cross; and a DVD titled Thirty Years After the Blizzard that features interviews, archival film and a half-hour of never-bootlegged live footage shot at the Palladium in New York in May 1981.

I'll probably just wait until it's bootlegged

I wonder which version of the studio albums they will use, hopefully the ones with the original bass player and original drummer....

From what I read it will have Bob and Lee on this new release.

Nice

My biggest complaint about this box set is that initially there was talk that they weren't going to fade the outro solos on "Tonight" and "You Can't Kill Rock and Roll" as early as they did on the original release. Randy was just winging some killer improv stuff at the end of both of those tunes but they faded too soon. You would think that the least they could do would be to give us the extra soloing stuff Randy put on there.

Pretty sure this concert has already appeared on youtube in bits but seen from a handheld: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VL_uibE3zoQ IF it is good footage from the same show, I would be very interested as it looks like Randy was KILLING it this show. I also think his tone is amazing. Nevermind the buzzy this or seesaw that.. yes it cuts and it is rough but it was his tone and he made those harmonics pop with way more character than Zakk. Don't kid yourselves though.. just like Tribute, they will edit the audio and cancel out or punch in over mistakes using bits from the Tribute recordings or other... still though, I am a huge Randy fan, I would live to have something live to watch him move. He was so expressive as a player and he played with every inch of his body. Guitar god for sure.

yes, that is also what I read (bob and lee). thank god. the re-mixed versions with replacement bass and drums was horrible.

Yeah, hopefully Sharon got her nuts clipped after that display of idiocy re-recording the drums and bass on those.

It's not pro shot, it was filmed by someone in Ozzy's crew and it's single camera

I would be in if the After Hours show was cleaned up and included.
