I just bought a Peavey 3120 and I have to say, for what I paid for it, this thing is SICK!!! I played it GC and it was really incredibly impressive even next to the $2000 Recto. I could not afford the new Boogie Triple Recto so I jumped at this head when a local guy had a brand new one cheap.
Anyway, I want to add a choke. I called Mercury Magnetics, and the tech there said someone on the forums would help me identify the resistor number I need to replace. It is a two wire mod. I am not shipping it out for that... I have no plans to mod anything else except mess with tubes.
So here I am. Can anyone help a brutha out with the info?
