Peavey 5150 head works great. It had a mid range mod with a knob to adjust the mid frequency acting like an Overdrive pedal but built into the amp. Just got clean bill of health from my amp tech.
Everything checked out and this thing screams will include a video soon. 6L6 power tubes and 12ax7 preamps.
