PEAVEY JSX PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

I'm very new here and need urgent help trying to figure out what is wrong with my JSX, I heard there are a bunch of people here who know a ton about amps so I'm hoping you can help me out. So my problem is that no matter what the settings are, send/return levels, master/channel volumes, after a certain point in volume my JSX screeches, not feedback, after like chugs and sometimes while I'm actually playing for a second or two WITH a ISP Decimator. The settings I do use though are send at 10 return at 0, channel volumes almost all the way up and I cant get my master past 3 without it making the noise. If it helps I can try and post a video for you guys, BUT PLEASE HELP ME!
 
Sounds like a tube going bad. I'd swap them out one by one to see if you can isolate which is the problem.
