Agree, they look beautiful and would most likely revive peavey as a company.

But I thought they were slowly moving production to china..6505's etc.
if this is the case o hope they decide to start making 6505s here again.

I still want one just to have. Like the idiot I am, I sold my 2 5150 combos and about 3 5150 heads so.e years ago.

Looks like the old Wolfgang. Slightly recessed into the body non floating trem.

The top cutaway is a little different. It's like a hybrid between the HP Special and the Wolfgang. After seeing the Namm vid, I like the moon burst and wine colors best

Peavey should also do a reissue of the Vandenberg series with a Floyd Rose. I would do the Custom series and the bolt on. And I'm talking the real deal, not that V-Type stuff that tried to pass off several years back.

Used Vandenberg prices are crazy right now. And, they were damn good guitars.

Was hoping for a deep blue finish, but alas, only deep ocean. Tiger eye is cool too.

You could try. When I spoke to them today they said the only finishes they are offering right now are the 10 they announced. Down the road they may expand, but isn't that always the way?

I had first row in front of Ed's mic on the Balance tour when he used that first dark red Wolf for the second half of the show. I had no idea he had gone to Peavey and he played the amber EBMM for the first half of the show.

I have a USA HP Custom from about 10 years ago. Nice guitar, but it looked a bit different from these. The old HP had a PRS/Wolfgang hybrid style about them where this new version looks a lot more Wolfgang.

I thought they had stopped producing guitars in the USA entirely.

I heard these are left-overs from the last batch of Wolfgangs that they finished now, so they might not have any american production just yet.
