Peavey XXX vs. Ultra 120

Anybody owned both and can tell me the difference soundwise?
Does one sound more modern than the other on the crunch channel?
I'm talking about the Ultra 120 with the blue stripe, not the Ultra Plus with the light up Peavey logo.
