Here's a quick video I did to demonstrate, bedroom volume. Sorry for the poor quality.

glassjaw7":3i1uy0jl said:Strange. Wonder if your PP2 is defective? There's no reason you should be having those issues unless like Dave said, the wah's circuitry is reacting to what's around it, or something's wrong internally with the power supply. That's a relatively small board, so it's not that you're running too many pedals. The wah and the flanger both freaking out like that makes me think he did something weird with the wiring or the PP2 is bad..
edit: you said one of the cables was bad upon arrival, no? Maybe some of the others are bad too?

How can I say this nicely your builder is a idiot and should not be charging anyone for this. This is easy stuff. Now another thing is i can not really see how the jacks are wired. There could be problems there also. Would need shots of the side where the jacks are in and out. You probably also should have had a buffer in the front end change. Ship it to me ill fix it.
Have you gone through all of the George L's and tested them? They can be kinda fickle if the cable isn't cut nice and flush. My last rack/amp rig had about 90 of them in it. I have 4-5 G.L. ends that are faulty. 2 that won't work at all but look fine, and a few that are noisy.Maybe yours were made on the same day as those. Worth looking at.Charvel_King":2jiy3bcg said:glassjaw7":2jiy3bcg said:Charvel_King":2jiy3bcg said:The builder reckons it due to having too many FXs in a line before the amp, thats what he believes is causing the Wah hum, does sound like a ground loop or something like that.
But i thought id bought the best powersupply out there, with all isolated outputs so you dont get and hum?
BS. You're not even running that many pedals.I've run many more than that without isolated taps and without any hum. A good builder could easily make that setup sound clean.
Thats what i though! Its only wah, tuner, od, phase and flanger in i line. Jesus, some people have a ton of effects (10+) in a line.
I'm so bummed, for what i paid (which for me is a lot of money, but i thought it would be a good investment and save me a lot of time and troubleshooting) i'm really frustrated with it.
