Wondering how many are using them, and what you're using.
I bought a used Carl Martin Octa Switch (Mk I) used off of Ebay last week and put it in service over the weekend. Diggin it so far! Been tap-dancing on pedals for much of the past three decades and this thing seems like it's going to make that [mostly] a thing of the past. Seemed to cure some of the noise issues that I had when stringing all of the pedals in series before the Octa Switch as well. When using it for the first time, I had a couple of loud pops when switching back and forth between patches, but I quickly learned that it was how I had the individual pedals set up and once I did some quick tweaking all was well.
A pic of my current board is below. It's far from perfect or a finished project. I really like the board (a friend built it years ago, it's coated in Rhino Lining)... but it's getting much too small... especially since I was to add a volume pedal soon (probably a Dunlop). Plus, it's not the tidiest in terms of cable management, since there are no slots in it to route the cables below. Also, I need some longer patch cables -- which is why you see some of my FX sideways and upside-down. Still... probably happier with my board than I have been in some time.
