Pedalboard question for Dave

Hey Dave!

Hoping I can get some suggestions on where to plug a couple of boxes into my existing chain.

Here's what I want to place:
1)A buffer
2)Boss TR-2 Tremolo (used primarily for clean-ish playing)
3)Homebrew Electronics Detox EQ (used as a 'cut' to clean up dirty single channel amp)
4)MXR Smart Gate

Here's my chain so far:

Front of amp (Marshall Vintage Modern Head)
Korg Pitchblack Tuner
Morley Maverick Mini Wah
Pigtronix Philosopher's tone (powered at 18v)
Digitech Whammy IV
EHX Micro POG
Xotic AC Plus
Creation Audio Labs MK 4.23 clean boost
Xotic EP Booster (powered at 18v)
MXR EVH Phase 90
Morley Mini Volume

Effects Loop:
BOSS DD-20
EHX Holy Grail Nano

Any suggestions for changing order would be welcome as well!

*By the way, I read a while back you're coming out with a new buffer. Is it available yet?
*Is the tap tempo pedal on Rob Caggiano's board your build? Do you have those for sale?

Advice from anyone else welcome as well!

Put the buffer at the beginning the trem last in the front end chain. The eq early maybe after the buffer or before. The gate try in the loop of the amp first. Try that.

One (or two) more questions. How do you go about making the pedals in the loop optional to put in front of the amp in a clean way? I'm using a trailer trash board with 3 holes on either side.

I really liked that tap tempo pedal that you put on Rob Caggiano's board, really clean and just the right size. Do you sell those?
