Likely because 5g tower assembly wasn't stopped through the pandemic though most other jobs were.I remember when I got the first dose of the vaccine. I got it for a new job I started and there weren’t many places in the area to get them, so I drove out to one of the pop up sites near a city.
I got the shot and had to sit for like 20 minutes before I left in case I died, so I took my phone out to fuck around on, and low and behold for the first time in my life I had 5G reception lol.
In reality it was just because I was near civilization and not in my little mountain town that barely has any service of any kind, but I thought the timing of it was pretty funny.
If I climb high enough now I can get 5G, but still lucky to get service inside a building in townLikely because 5g tower assembly wasn't stopped through the pandemic though most other jobs were.
It's def less convenient but it also means your exposure to RF is probably lower than that of someone in a city. I quit using land lines about ten years ago cause all I would get on them is spam calls and once I got 3g my reception here was decent. There is a tower further down the main road about two miles but for some reason there is still shit service back there, lol. No 5g out here tho.If I climb high enough now I can get 5G, but still lucky to get service inside a building in town
Wow, sorry to hear that man.Lost another friend to the jab yesterday. Mysterious brain malfunction. Tested for everything under the sun, couldn't identify the issue, hence no treatment.
Thanks, he was an incredible pianist. Retired music teacher, played the the organ in his church. He is home now.Wow, sorry to hear that man.![]()
Man, that sucks but thank you for sharing his life. He had a pretty dang impressive resume. I'll def add John and his family to my prayers. Losing friends sucks. I lost an old bass player last year. Fortunately I was able to make the FL funeral thanks to some other friends. He was obese but had also taken the shots. He had recently gotten a premium work from home job which probably wasn't good considering his condition but I think all those factors combined were too much for his body to handle. 43 years old....Thanks, he was an incredible pianist.
