The story is that our former distributor Uwe Salwender
had one or two blueface in his house in 1996. He got
a call at night when Adam was about to record a new
album. His backline tech Billy Howerdale asked Uwe to
take the amp in the studio to compare it to their other
stuff. Billy had checked the amp in the Amp Shop at
Sherman Oaks. That was the beginning of our sales in USA.

Thanks for the reply do you remember the serial number on Adam's head. The reason I ask is I have #9500025, I wonder if it's close to Adams number.

Should be close to Yours because there are
only 50 blue face built between 1994 and 1996.

I think i first played a Herbert there at the Amp Shop.
Used to live right down the street from the place, and bought my 1st PRS from them.
Cool little shop, too bad you cant crank the amps there though. Good stuff that you can't turn up due to their complaining neighbors.
