Or at least as close as I ever get 
Riff is quite different for me. I think it has an almost hair metal vibe to it, instead of my normal thrashy tendencies.
Volume has a few weird spikes. As usual, it’s just recorded on my iPhone, so no idea why the spikes happened.
FWIW, the amp volume is pretty loud, but you can still hear me picking. I attribute this to two things:
1 I pick like a Neanderthal
2 my iPhone is close to my picking hand.
WR Custom Excelsior with an EMG 81 in the bridge, straight into the BodyHammer with an MXR 10 Band EQ in the loop, cutting 500 about 6.
