So the bdge pup was easily prone to microphonics thru my Marshall. Happened to have a PRS Tremonti SE brdg pup which has been likened
the a Gibson 500T and that did the trick.
Ive not ordered an Asian axe and i don't know where he got this but the neck is straight as an Archers arrow. Thick RW slab. Basswood body
as good as any Japan Charvel basswood ive played. Hardware is decent, heavy plated. Nice firm neck and neck / middle pups are keepers.
Tis what it tis. Ive had way worse for what im paying. YMMV.

Well, I like it. At the same time, knock-off guitars come with a bunch of ethical issues.

As long as it's just a one-time build, I don't think anyone should complain.

Looks very well made to me, but at the same time, @shar-vell Dan , what you have to watch out for is how it behaves over the course of time. Some of them can start to warp or develop other issues. Always keep some dessicant in the case, and always let it acclimatise to a room before taking it out of said case.

Friend of mine gigs his Chibsun. Once set up, it's not given him a bit of trouble. Keeps his USAs at home.

The only problem is, like others have hinted on, when one gets rid of said asian copy, does a future owner try and pass it off as real?

Well ive had my issues with this years "tariff" stuff and it has been explained all along it was "short term pain for long term gain".
God's honest truth were no fans of taxes nor trade embargo's but i belive the POTUS is way better qualified in the area than I.
I believe he has a valid point. And "knock-off" anything can and are competion in a free markey society YMMV.
