Pick the go to Marshall voicing!

$1200 budget, no more!

Gimme alternatives!

This is also going to be my next purchase as well, I'm interested to see how various Marshallesque amps stack up. Not just in sound, but in feel, too. My front runner right now is to build a Metro 100 watt MV kit and mod/have it modded to taste, but I have also been eying the Competition and the Makoplex.

I would get a used superlead and send it to either Freidman or Fortin for modding. Killer stuff.

^ I don't think he will get a Friedman or Fortin modded amp at $1,200. But my Marsha is one Fvck&nG killer amp!!! SO is my Splawn Modded Marshall.. I would check out Splawn.. You might be able to find one around that price..

Very Nice Bob.
I especially like the brand new white socks.
I like the way you change video angles. Cool stuff.
What do you use to do videos and audio?

Used JVM :dunno:
Covers everything IMHO

Played a combo the other day, didn't floor me. Kinda grainy, not very, open....
Then again grain o' salt, Gc amp room, g-ma Volume....

For $1200.00... used Marshall Vintage Modern and smack the front end with a Barber Direct Drive. Here's a few vids of mine taken with a camcorder so the tone is a little bright but you get the idea

Thanks. Those are NOS socks bought specifically for that video.

I have a couple Sony camcorders, mix video with Vegas and audio with Samplitude.
