Pickup Experts: Is This 80's Ibanez Pickup A Recovered Gem?

I found this old pickup from a guitar I had in the 80's which was exactly like the one in the picture below. This comes from an Ibanez Proline PL2550. I can't believe that I still have it. Anyone familiar with these?
