pickups with a rockerverb?

What non-boutique humbuckers seem to work well with a Rockerverb? Basically need something clear, maybe bright to combat the natural fuzziness of the amp. Playing a Dual Terror at the moment, downsized to move to North Carolina, but there's an RV in my future. Playing a sort of punk, pop rock thing, using a Chris Shiflett tele deluxe mostly. I'd like if they could be pretty right and percussive for some palm muting and occasional chugging ala Refused, but not too metal and boring sounding.
 
My RV50 mk1 likes all kind of pickups. Duncan p90, Fender tele singles, Duncan jb, Duncan lil 59, Rio Grande BBQ, Wilde customs, some have a little more noise but all sound pretty good. My amp only has fizz if you dial up to the highest gain stage. If you keep the gain around 1:00 it's clear, crunchy, and punchy. Then boost and it's metal.

Got any clips if yours? usually I come across clips it's an old fogey playing rock or someone trying to do some metal core or something.
 
not going for his sound, I just dig his sig axe a d grabbed it recently. Lollars are too rich for me!

Sorry, no clips. I'm self conscious about my playing. Here's a good example.
