I dig the finish more than most of the superstrat looking ones I've seen, looks pretty cool. That case trips me out, it looks freakin mint, maybe the previous owner took the guitar out on tour and left the case at home :D

Haha! I thought that was extremely odd as well, the case looks brand new but the guitar is 10+ years old and all beat up.

why do they have to have those shitty pain jobs sheesh

Boooooo!!

Sponge paint FTW!! :D

i'm all for a unique paint job...but i can't say i'm big on what they do either

if they made a horus with a trans. red flame top and black hardware... :D

Itaru won't put a flame top on a Horus or Dellinger.

Thank god! :D
SnowCloud Horus FTW!!

You know I'm all about the sponge finishes, but I would love to see a Dellinger with a flame top.

sweet! how does that compare to the horus? i should've tried more when i had the chance, but i ran out of time... :aww:

Very different from the Horus. Longer scale, only 24 frets, bound ebony board, thinner neck, alder body, neck thru, different bridge pickup, humbucker in the neck, etc. Both are great, but the TAT's are my favorite Caparisons.

I sound shallow, But I just could nevre get passed the elf shoe headstock

I think the first time I was on HC and learned about them i hated it also.
Now i love them and own a Horus :)
They look better in person.

thanks mark. I wasn't convinced with the short scale length with 27 frets, to be honest, nor with the bolt-on joint... i'm not fussed on painted necks, though, which the tats seem to have...

EDIT: that being said, the horus was still a very nice guitar, don't get me wrong. Just UK prices are daft. (like $3000   :aww: )

The TAT's have the best painted necks I've ever played. They never get all sticky like most other painted necks. They also have the best upper fret access of any guitar I've played, and they're comfortable as hell.

dang i should've tried one when i had the chance. Still, it's pretty academic with the prices they charge here... I need to find some way to get to Japan (for no money)...
