I've been on an envelope filter binge lately trying all different ones looking for the right one but an envelope phaser may be a cool alternative. That thing sounds killer with the slide. Too bad I'm a hack with a slide though.

I have this pedal and it is wonderful!
I have a slew of phasers: vintage MXR script Phase 90, old EH SmallStone, TC Phaser XII, Maxon Ph 350. The Pigtronix EP-2 is the best I've played. I liked it better than a Mutron Biphase I had for a short while.
