PINK TACO CLEAN (Smallbox) - Question

Hi

First of all, I really love my PINK TACO amp ...

... after that i got the Small Box 50 .... a really great amp,
...but the BE Channel is sounding way different to the the Pink Taco (which i think is also the BE Channel) ...ok, that's normal, because of the response of the EL84 power section. But i like the spongier and faster Powersection of the Taco, so EL84 more. ( in the Volumes i play normally )

...but since i really like the Plexi Channel of the Small Box ... fantastic ...

Dave , now my Question :
Is it possible to order the Pink Taco 20 with the Plexi Channel Preamp (like the Small Box Plexi Channel)? Only the Clean ... then i would play live with two Tacos ... one Clean/Crunch and one standard BE !

...and really cool would be the Smallbox Head with Taco(2EL84) oder DoubleTaco(4EL84) Powersection

Why don't you just play with the Small Box and the Pink Taco now? Is it a size issue? The Small Box is pretty light, not as light as the Taco...but still. Not that much bigger. Might save you a few bucks and you can use the Small Box BE Channel as well if warranted. Or maybe try those Yellowjacket thingies.

I think there is more than just a tube swap in the difference with the amps. Maybe the Taco is class A.
