Dear All,
many greetings from Germany. I recently bought a Pink Taco just in the end of 2015. I have to say, I love that little piece (as well as my colleagues in various bands do as well).
I have the choice between 2 cabs, one is a Marshall 425A 4x12, which is in our rehearsal room and a brand new NanoCab from BluGuitar at home, that my wife gave me as a Christmas present (she loves the small size ).
Both cabs really sound great with the PT20, so my question now:
I would like to use both of them at the same time in our rehearsal room. The NanoCab is 8 Ohms and I can connect another speaker, either serial or parallel. I can set the 425A to a stereo mode with 8 Ohms as well. From what I remember in physics, a serial connection of 2 amps (each 8 Ohms) lead to 16 Ohms.
Can I connect both speakers serial to the 16 Ohm speaker out of the PT20. Is there a risk of any damage?
Thanks in advance
