Plate voltage question

Hello Dave. I have been tweaking the bias of my small box. I notice that the plate voltage will alter between 450-480. Does this happen because of voltage swing in my house and if so do you recommend a voltage regulator? Thank you.

Thank you i guess i will find a reliable 120 voltage to bias off and whatever the difference is just the range the amp will run off. Thank you.
