Played PRS SE hollow body today!!!

I picked up a guitar today after getting a set up done. While waiting, I grabbed the nearest guitar to kill some time with. It happened to be a PRS SE hollow body.

I have got to say, I was very impressed. Normally, I would not even consider getting a guitar like this. But now, after playing this, I would seriously consider one of these.

it played absolutely perfect. I don’t know if the shop did a set up? The quality was much better than I thought an SE hollow hollow body would be. It stayed in tune, played great, and even sounded good despite the crappy pickups in it.

I don’t know if this was a fluke as it was the only one they had, but damn, this was a great guitar of good quality that played great. VERY SURPRISED!!

just thought I would mention it in case anyone was considering grabbing one.

Hell yeah I’d consider one for sure. I owned a single cut SE at one time and it was killer. Pickups could have used an upgrade as you mentioned, but it wasn’t bad enough to go through the hassle. Great line of affordable guitars.

Definitely, I could not believe how great it played, felt, and sounded. Big surprise, but a pleasant one for sure. I would gladly pay the price of admission for that guitar, great deal.

Nice, the SE line is killer for the price. I still want that silverburst baritone that was discontinued. Played great. ?
