it is a really impressive feeling and sounding guitar. i could totally be happy with this if i didn't have my tyler though the GG does strike me as more of a shred rock guitar
buttery smooth action and the tones are classic stratty, tele-ish in the middle, and fat bridge tones.
played it through a fender ML deville and it was sweet and so nice i barely tried overdrive with it.
highly recommend the charvel GG.
i then switched to a quilter aviator and a kotzen tech 21 fly rig pedal. ok but not as cool as the landau amp straight in. played the keeley darlside which was pretty nice. looking forward to the keeley dyno my roto
and the vertex steel string pedal
finally i hung out with surf legend tom curren last night at a free conct he played. talked guitars (he's a strat man) and ukulele's and skimboards which he is into now!
