Alright let the battle begin! Ive gotta decide. Ive used the TU3 before it was cool. But never have tuned with a polytune. Which one to get?

is one better?

The killer for me is that polytune doesn't do dropped Bb tuning so it doesn't do me any good. I got the iPhone app of polytune and for standard and most other alternate timings work great.. Just no lower tunings.

Isn't the poly tune chromatic?

The Poly tune is more accurate, smaller, cooler looking. :D

Look at the Sonic Research tuner, that thing is awesome.

A plus, the polytune function is useful for those with floyd rose style bridges.

Check out the Korg Pitchblack Plus. Accurate to +/- .1 cents. Does seven string tunings, several open tunings, can save your own custom tunings, has 2 inputs and can save settings for each input and several different display settings.

I'm not fussed about different tunings because I prefer chromatic tuning modes. Each to their own though.

What's the 2 inputs for? That's impressively accurate actually. :D

The Pitchblack Plus provides two input jacks, INPUT A and INPUT B. You can specify calibration, tuning mode, flat tuning, and display mode individually for each input jack. If you’ve connected an instrument to only one of these jacks, you’ll be able to choose from two
sets of settings for your instrument.
