Today I turned on the amp I, waited for few minutes and turned on the standby the popping/farting noise was come out straight from the speaker. Amp is working and nothing else happen.
When I plug the guitar - noise is the same. Yesterday everything was ok.
It's Peavey.

Bad preamp, power tube or what ?

Always start there if you have spares/extra tubes laying around.
Plus spray down the pins and get the sockets clean with Deoxit electrical contact spray.
Get that at Radio Shack, two cans, cleaner, and the gold spray.Spray your guitar cord end and work it into ALL the jacks.
(Especially F/X ones that dont get used)

Good luck

Happens when I eat these in the morning.

Interesting things - my computer speakers also make this same noise.

I turn on my amp and my computer and the popping/farting is also audible through my computer speakers.Simultaneously...

Yup. Everything is ok.

This sound exist regardless of outlet which I use.

I Live in flat , so It can be possible that one of my neighbor can turn on washing machine or something and I hear it as this weird noises ?

Could be you're losing your mind, and this is the first thing to enter your reality as an artifact of "going insane". For many, it's hearing people whisper or talk quietly who are in fact, not present; or claiming the furniture has been rearranged when in fact it hasn't...

Good luck Bro

Problem solved - When I looked at the outlets I saw that one of two lamps in my aquarium was blinking. When I turned it off the noises vanished ... LOL
