Sooooo good.
Used tabaco sauce instead of long hot peppers. A dash of white wine on both.
Pork was Fried in a pan.
Thought about grilling it but the mozies are out biting tonight
I forgot the onions. Oh well.
Quick meal. Took 15 minutes
