Actually got to spend a decent amount of time playing today. So once again I busted out my small collection of guitars to see where they rank. Played the Washburn N4 Nuno Bettencourt model all day as usual. I fired up the BC Rich Mockingbird Archtop Supreme. Looks killer. Super low action. Really easy to play. Sounds full and thick. Tons of sustain. Problem is it's heavy as hell and my back and shoulder was not liking it after only a few minutes. The Strat... actually after getting used to the Nuno it felt slightly bulky. The pickups seemed weak but clear. I really like the Strat but missed the power and upper fret access of the N4.

Long story short the Nuno is a unique guitar that may take a little getting used to but once you do... my other guitars don't get played much.

Man, that's a hard one, but I think I'd pick my Tokai. It's just such a killer guitar and has treated me so well!

Best Les Paul Ive ever played everyone agrees it was made by the gods at gibson it beats customs standards etc.
Bareknuckle Cold Sweat loaded it is my favorite axe we will see if the Suhr Modern will knock it off first place
The Paul is my age 18 :D

I honestly think it has more to do with the particular piece of wood your guitar is made from way more than what the compamny decides to make from it

Crappy pic from the day I got her (the shipping box is behind and to the left):

Rickenbacker 350V53 Jetglo

I waited nearly 3 years (ordered 9/2006) for her. I'm a big Ric fanboi, they are my main and fav guitars and basses. This is the sweetest sounding most effortless Ric I've ever played. I use my 330's more often (playing the MF special priced one I just got a last week more frequently) but this Ric is my all around fav, it easily put my prior fav, my 370 blueburst into second place. Here's my 370 blueburst:

No binding, no maple top, no ridiculous inlays...just a whole lot of awesome. But I'm probably the only one who likes it.

My Gibson Goth Explorer or my Ibanez Universe.

Both equally the most comfortable guitars I've ever played.
