I should know this but memory is hazy. If you use a solid state amp, is the wattage handling less of a big deal than with tube amps?
I'm planning on getting a solid state head as a backup for my 5150-III and at 16 ohms, will be about 70 watts but is capable of 100 watts at 8 ohms. Going into my 60 or 65 watt cabs, will that be an issue?
