I just picked this up at a thrift store recently, everything seems to work, the voltages check out ok. Not bad for $4.99. :D

Crazy the stuff that ends up at thrift stores. Whoever owned this originally obviously knew what it was...:dunno:
 
Every once in while thrifting pays off nicely, this was certainly one of those days.
