hi everyone,
I just wanted to post cause eecamichael deserves it. I recently acquired a G-major 2, Voodoo Labs Ground Control Pro midi controller and an Egnater Armageddon amp (with midi). After searching on the internet for ways to program this stuff for it to work as I wanted it to based on research I've done.

Long story short, after posting on rig-talk asking for advise (and many thanks for all of you who posted", eecamichael reached out to me and offered his assistance. Yesterday, we spent about 4 1/2 hours on Video Chat and he walked me through how to configure it ALL to the way he recommended and the way I wanted things to work. The man made it seem effortless.

I wanted to publicly say THANK YOU my friend. You're a life saver and a genuine person. Your help will not go forgotten. Stay safe and healthy.

Thank you

Very cool, people are awesome no matter what they tell us.

Now this is news! There is a person who knows how to program a Ground Pro. My God!!!! If you went to the VooDoo Lab website forum you'd see a pile of crickets. No one, at least that is what I thought, knew how to program one of those things, even the VooDoo Lab's own video are so sketchy the guy doing them has to go check the manual and still can't run the thing! I'm clueless, but I know how I would've designed it. Ituitively, which is as far as it gets when it comes to programing a Ground Control.

Big big congratulations for sure.

Totally my pleasure. I had a great time talking with you and I love it when stuff works like you want it. That's the whole point of these forums, right? Talk gear with super cool people, chase the sounds in your head, share your knowledge, and make some friends along the way.

Thanks Brotha. Wednesday is jam night, so I am gonna hopefully get button #1 fixed (my pedal repair friend has the GCP to fix today).

I jammed with the amp and this board all of Saturday evening.. so nice having all the effects handy within a touch of a button.
