Flown to Venezuela to aid in the rescue? Written a check to the Red Cross? Dropped off a skid of bottled water to be delivered with an aid package?Okay well.....

Depends. I know in Catholicism they have kneeling bars in some of the benches. In Orthodoxy most prayers are done standing but there are prostrations where you bow and even some where you go down on your face. The muslims stole it from us.

I should've clarified...in russian orthodoxy you more or less stand throughout liturgy unless you physically can't. In greek orthodoxy they sit but some portions you are required to stand such as during the gospel reading.
