Preamp tube location for BE100 HBE mode

I have a new BE100 with the switchable BE/HBE mode. From what I understand the only difference between the 2 modes is an additional preamp tube being brought into the circuit. Can someone tell me when looking at the back of the amp which preamp tube is being brought in for the HBE mode?
