Props to dave

I just have to sign the praises of Dave's customer service. I know there are alot of good and reputable modders and builders out there but if your looking high end amp Friedman is a great choice. I recently purchased a used be 100 and had a issue with the loop. I emailed dave to troubleshoot and I don't think I waited more than a couple hours for any responses. I had to send it I and dave turned it right around. It's nice to know with the financial investment that if there is an issue the guy that built it answers his email and his phone.
 
Daves outstanding, he answered all of my emails & phone calls during my JMP mods. None finer IMO. :thumbsup:
 
Read the warranty, it does not transfer when sold yet he honored it. Considering his client list, it is pretty cool he treats everyone like they are his most important customer. :rock:
 
mike that is the truth, there are alot of bigger fish but he never makes it feel like your an inconvienence. im sure guys like jerry p and others are as accessible, he really took care of me and i feel pretty confident in his products. sunday morning and he is return pm's. im sure he and mark day get nailed with pm's from this board alone, i know i have harassed mark a couple times for axe fx and midi issues. always prompt and helpful. make you feel good about the product and recommending it.
 
It also goes. Synod those who buy his amps and/or mods. He has helped many othes by shai g his knowledge to the DIY modders and builders, myself included.

i drove down to his shop because i thought my be100 had an issue, and he (as well as mark) sat down with me, explained things and it was just the most amazing experience ever...incredible team the two of them :thumbsup:
 
Really cool to read this.

My amp had to be rebuilt from the ground up and after talking to Dave, we were both surprised that it wasn't DOA.

Somehow though, he (without much input from me) nailed the sound in my head.

Cannot wait to get another amp down the line.
