PRS Custom 24

I've made myself a promise not to dick around with the pick ups on any new guitars that I have bought, which is to include this one, my Anderson's and my Nik Huber. When I start down that path, its like wiping your ass on a wagon-wheel....it never ends. Then several changes later, I have ruined the pots, then there's noise, etc. I use a couple Les Paul's as test dummies when I get in that mood.

I have an older PRS 24's somewhere, but it is a bolt-on. It, and a 22 I used to own had the Dragon II's in them and seems the PU's were always adaptable. The stock PU's will stay !!!

I dont really think it was the dragon II pups, looking back it might all be because of the Tone knob.

I wonder if she'll fit in the case with it?

Thanks. It just caught my eye and all of a sudden PayPal opened up and that was that.

Steve

Was that the PleasureVibe 2000 at the beginning of the video?

I really can’t say anything bad about this guitar. The HFS (hot fat screaming) pickups are really good. Hot, but still retains marvelous string separation. Haven't heard anything like it. Listen to the vid, and notice how much better tone she has.

I am not sure which pick ups are in it. HFS was the original higher output HB from Paul wasn't it?

I thought it was the Dragon I pups.

HFS was the radio station here in Annapolis. Kinda funny he used the call letters for a pickup name.

Very nice steve

I have been just recently turned to a prs guitars
