I am the opposite, there is not much worse than a stock Marshall cranked. They sound like shit. Take an hour to warm up and sound decent for another hour then go to mud city.And that’s the rub. Old amps having that point where they fall apart makes them more useful to me. Amps that are always together, tight, in control, have a much narrower place and I can get pretty bored with them.
These Vintage Classics sound awesome for the early acdc sound, thats what they do. Cranked for as long as you need, tone doesn’t change. And no VH garbage
