Question about the Strymon DIG?

The DIG sounds really cool - able to emulate all the old mojo-filled delays of the 80s and I know it has two independent delays that you can set for different times. My question is. . .would this pedal be able to do the layered SDE-3000s thing that EVH is known for?

Take a line out of the amp, into the DIG, set one delay for 250 and the other for 500 and then feed the stereo outs into a power amp then into left and right cabs?
 
Sure, just use the secondary function to set it up in parallel.

EDIT: One thing to consider is that the Strymons can´t handle really hot line level signals, so use a variable send from the amp.
